Villa Azaya is a contemporary five-bedroom private rental villa, located just fifty metres from the beach in the Petitenget/Seminyak neighborhood on Bali’s southwest coast. Just over half an acre in size, the shingle-roof property comprises a large two-storey building complemented by an expansive two-bedroom guesthouse

The Villa has ample secluded spaces to relax in with a book or take an afternoon nap. Villa Casa Mateo is sure to please both young and old. The lush tropical garden has been beautifully landscaped and features some of local tropical vegetation found in Bali today, all within your own private villa. The Main Villa has 3 bedrooms which include a double bed on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor (Master bedroom and Twin Bedroom). The living area overlooking to the 20 x 4 meter pool and the Jacuzzi offers a perfect environment to the pampered by villa staff day and night.

Villa Kalimaya is located in the very centre of what is now considered to be the Seminyak’s prime district, exemplified by internationally-acclaimed beachside restaurants, opulent spas, boutique hotels, trendy cocktail bars, and chic designer boutiques. Within a three-minute walk, guests will find the well-known Oberoi and Legian Hotels, in addition to the famous Ku Dé Ta, La Lucciola, Hu’u Bar and Living Room restaurants.

The Villa has five (5) fully air-conditioned newly-decorated bedrooms. Four (4) bedrooms have its own private open-style garden bathrooms and showers and face the Sea. One is affectionately called the Honeymoon Suite and is attractively appointed in white wide-board teak floors, most with surrounding full length French doors opening to the beach plus its own private balcony. There are five (5) beds; four (4) king-size beds, one (1) queen-size, plus an open air double modern-style bed on the seaside Gazebo. Extra roll-in beds and cribs are available.
